DICE Competition Policy Conference 2025

The Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics will host the 2025 DICE Competition Policy Conference, which will take place from 21 to 22 November at the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) in Düsseldorf. Marking its second edition, DICE CPC 2025 brings together experts in competition economics and law from international universities, competition authorities, and institutions. The event aims to facilitate academic and policy-oriented exchange among researchers, practitioners, and policymakers.

The conference opens a day early, on 20 November, with an informal evening gathering exclusively for speakers and discussants. The main program begins on 21 November with a keynote lecture by Jacques Crémer, followed by presentations and a roundtable discussion on industrial policy, the new merger guidelines, and other current issues in competition policy, concluding the first day. The program continues on 22 November with further presentations and ends with a keynote lecture by Moritz Hardt.
