DICE Competition Policy Conference 2024

The Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics (DICE) is pleased to announce the inaugural DICE Competition Policy Conference 2024 (CPC), taking place from December 6 to 7 at the Haus der Universität in Düsseldorf, Germany. The CPC is set to become an annual event that brings together renowned experts in competition economics and law from international universities, competition authorities, and institutions. The conference fosters networking and dialogue, encouraging robust exchange among academics, practitioners, and policymakers.

The conference opens a day early, on December 5, for speakers and discussants with an informal get-together in the evening. The full conference program begins on December 6 with an opening keynote lecture by Massimo Motta. Over the next two days, participants will engage in eight presentations on current issues in competition policy. The event concludes on December 7 with a final keynote by Florian Ederer.
