As of February 1, 2021, Katharina Erhardt joins the DICE as Professor of Economic Policy. Her research and teaching interests lie in the areas of foreign trade, international economics, trade policy, regional economics, and applied econometrics.

The 33-year-old was employed at ETH Zurich until January 2021, first as a PhD student and research assistant, then as a post-doc. She was also a post-doc at MIT in Cambridge from 2019 to 2021.
